If we are unable to completely assess your contents and requirements over the phone or via email, we can send one of our surveyors for a free estimate. These days, with e-mail a reply is usually sent the same day.

We recommend that your treasured goods be insured whilst in transit or storage.

Our current terms and conditions should provide you with the peace of mind that, if your goods are damaged or lost in transit, that as a professional firm, we will take responsibility for the loss. To ensure that we contract with you on this basis you need to provide us with a statement of value for your goods for the removal contract. If you do, we will not limit the amount of liability we have to you for each item but we will set an overall limit of £30,000 which can be altered subject to an additional charge.

If you choose not to provide us with a statement of value then our liability will be restricted to £50 per item. Please refer to our full terms and conditions for a detailed description of our liability.
